Step 1:

Fill out the questionnaire and contact request form and schedule a consultation on my calendar.

Step 3:

During consultation, we will discuss your specific needs, vehicle must-haves, and preferences, and will verify that my services will be beneficial to you.

Step 4:

After our consultation, if we agree that my services fit your needs and you would like to proceed, I will create a personalized service package for you. Sign and agree to the contract, and make your payment. An invoice and payment link will be provided when the contract is submitted.

Step 5:

The fun begins! I will help you identify the perfect vehicle for you (if you don’t already know what you want), locate it, negotiate the best deal, and I will keep you up to date through every step of the process.

Note: This is the longest part of the process, and there will be contact from the dealership to you directly for financial information and permission to run your credit. ABC does not take that information as we do not do any of the financing directly.

Also, If you have a trade in, we will do our best to evaluate based on photos, but some dealerships will require an in-person inspection before giving a value. I will attempt to arrange for the vehicle to be inspected without you needing to take it anywhere, but that may not be feasible in all situations. This is also the time where you would go test drive vehicles to make sure you love what you get. I can’t do that part for you, but I can arrange to have vehicles and a contact person ready so you just have to pop in, take a test drive, and leave, without hassle.

Step 6:

Once a deal has been agreed upon, I will ensure the dealership has all the paperwork and the vehicle ready for you when you arrive. This is also when you would need to bring in your trade-in vehicle and all the keys for it. I will be available for questions during the paperwork signing process if needed.
