FAQ

  • No. We are your advocate and negotiate deals for you, so you can have peace of mind that you are getting a great deal without all the hassle, but we do not work with specific dealerships, nor do we get compensation from the dealerships for your purchase. We are paid by you - the client - so you can be assured our advice will be unbiased.

Financing, title paperwork, and picking up the vehicle is still something you will have to do, but you won’t have the headache and stress of spending ungodly amounts of time at a dealership with pushy salespeople breathing down your neck. We will do all the work so the final paperwork process will be as fast and easy as it can possibly be.

  • Yes. We assist with any type of vehicle lease or purchase, and will help you determine which option is best for you and your lifestyle.

  • We are confident in our knowledge and experience and guarantee you a great deal, but there is no way to prove exactly how much money we saved you. For that reason, we cannot guarantee to save you more money than you would have on your own. However, by letting us be your advocate and do the vehicle locating, dealership negotiations, and all the other work that goes into negotiating a great deal (it isn’t solely about vehicle price, after all), we will have saved you a TON of time, and we understand how valuable your time is. And that is why this business exists.

  • It seems nearly everyone has a dealership nightmare story. Typically the process involves going to a dealership, speaking to a salesperson, looking at inventory, waiting for the salesperson to locate the keys for the car you want to drive… and that is all before the negotiation process even starts. Then they go back and forth to the sales manager and the numbers keep changing. It can get very confusing. This can go on for the entire day, and THEN you spend hours in finance, waiting for paperwork and listening to them try to sell you all kinds of extra things, some you need and some you don’t. One negotiation I did for myself back in 2004 went on for over a week. Alternatively, you can tell me what you want, I will find it, have dealerships compete to get me the best price for you, and I will negotiate any extras possible as well. When all the hard work is done, you just sign the paperwork and drive your clean and ready new vehicle home.

  • Getting the absolute best deal takes a lot of time. You pay us for our time and knowledge, and because we have your best interest in mind. There are “free” services out there, but they are typically funded by the dealerships, and function more as a lead generator for those dealerships than a negotiation service for your benefit. The flat fee serves as an agreement to protect both of us. It is a way for us to know we aren’t going to put in tons and tons of work only to get backed out on after all that work, and you will not get billed additional fees, regardless of how long it takes us to find your desired vehicle at a great price. It is a win-win.

  • Also known as a car buying concierge, here are a number of reasons to hire us:

-You don’t enjoy the traditional car buying experience. It makes your skin crawl just thinking about it.

-You are a busy professional, business owner, or just plain busy. You have enough to do.

-You aren’t sure whether your negotiation skills are on par with that of a skilled car sales negotiator.

-You’d like to make sure you understand all of the factors of your car deal and feel confident in your purchase.

-You want to save time, headaches and money. These things are important to you.

-You have social anxiety or other reasons for not wanting to spend hours or days in very public places.

-Support small business! We’re family owned and operated. Each of our advocates are dedicated to treating you like family too.

  • No worries! We will ask you lots of questions about your lifestyle, needs, and desires from your vehicle, and we can help you find the perfect vehicle for you. We will prepare a list of potential matches for you, and you can narrow it down from there. Once you have some interest in a vehicle (or a few), we will help set up a convenient time for you to take a test drive so you can be sure you love it. In some cases, we may be able to get the dealership to bring the vehicle to you for a test drive.

  • Consulting fees start at $600 and increase based on your specific needs and intricacies. If you have questions, feel free to reach out and get in contact to learn more about how it works.
